Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email confirmation of dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred; in that case you receive a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken securely at checkout by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Returns and cancellations
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Product use and safety
Our mud kitchens are outdoor play equipment for children aged 3 and up and must be used under adult supervision. Position on firm, level ground. Follow the assembly instructions supplied.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
