Where we deliver
Free delivery covers England, Wales and mainland Scotland. We also deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the Islands, though a surcharge may apply. Email sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk for an exact quote before ordering.
What arrives
Your kitchen arrives fully assembled on a pallet, carefully wrapped and protected, delivered to your kerbside or driveway by a specialist pallet courier. You will receive tracking by email at dispatch. Please check the packaging before signing and note any damage with the driver.
Need it for a birthday? Contact us before ordering with your date and we will do our best to make it happen.
Returns, step by step
- Email us within 14 daysYou have 14 days from the day after delivery. Write to sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk with your order number.
- We arrange the returnYou will receive return instructions and a collection or return address by reply.
- Prepare it for collectionThe kitchen should be unused and in its original condition, ready for the courier.
- Refund within 14 daysOnce the return arrives and is inspected, your refund goes back to the original payment method.
