Yes. All our kitchens are treated with an outdoor-grade, child-safe finish designed to withstand the UK weather. We recommend re-treating with a suitable wood preserver every 1–2 years to maintain the best appearance.

Our mud kitchens are designed for children aged 2–10 years. The countertop heights are built to suit young children comfortably. Always supervise young children during play.

We aim to deliver within 5–10 working days of your order being confirmed. You will receive a tracking notification once your kitchen is dispatched. For delivery to remote areas or Scottish Highlands, please allow a few extra days.

Minimal assembly is required — typically just attaching the legs or a couple of panels. Full illustrated instructions are included with every order. Most customers complete assembly in under 30 minutes.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return the item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us to arrange a return. Custom or bespoke orders are non-refundable.

Yes, all our mud kitchens come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover fair wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or failure to maintain the product appropriately.
