We make handcrafted wooden mud kitchens for British gardens. Solid spruce, hand-painted in eleven colours, built to be rained on, stirred at, splashed and loved for years. No chipboard, no plastic pretending to be wood, no shortcuts.

Why mud?
Ask any early-years teacher: messy play is how young children learn. Mixing, pouring, pretending and serving mud pies builds motor skills, language and imagination in ways a screen never will. A mud kitchen turns any corner of the garden into a place where that happens every day.
How we build
Every kitchen is made to order in a small workshop, from top-quality solid spruce that is sanded smooth and splinter-free. We finish each one by hand with specialist acrylic wood paints: outdoor-grade, weatherproof and non-toxic, safe for children aged 3 and up.
Then we check it and deliver it to your door fully assembled, free anywhere on the UK mainland.

Mud Kitchen Expert is a British family business, part of Vasto Divani Limited, with a showroom in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. We answer every email personally at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk, Monday to Saturday.
