Free UK Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales, and Scotland). Your mud kitchen will be dispatched via a tracked, fully insured courier service.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days of your order being confirmed. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods (spring and summer), please allow up to 10 working days. If you need your mud kitchen by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What to Expect
- Your mud kitchen arrives flat-packed, carefully wrapped and protected
- Delivery is to your front door or a secure location you specify at checkout
- Full assembly instructions are included — most customers complete assembly in under 30 minutes
- We recommend inspecting the packaging before signing for delivery
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE), and offshore islands may incur an additional surcharge. Please contact us at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk or call 0800 368 8914 for a delivery quote before placing your order.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If our courier is unable to deliver, they will leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your parcel. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your mud kitchen arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
