Free UK delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses (England, Wales and mainland Scotland). Every mud kitchen is dispatched via a tracked, fully insured specialist courier.
Delivery times
- Each kitchen is handcrafted to order and delivered within 7 to 14 days of your order being confirmed.
- You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has been dispatched.
- If you need your kitchen by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What to expect
- Your mud kitchen arrives fully assembled on a pallet, carefully wrapped and protected. No tools or assembly are needed.
- Delivery is by specialist pallet courier to your kerbside or driveway. Please ensure someone is available to receive it.
- Please inspect the packaging before signing for delivery and note any damage with the driver.
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands (postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE) and other islands may incur a surcharge. Please contact sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk for a quote before ordering.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is available and no safe place was specified, the courier will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge.
