We want you to be completely happy with your Mud Kitchen Expert purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns process.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day after delivery to request a return or exchange. This applies to all orders placed online or by email where you have not inspected the item in person beforehand (Consumer Contracts Regulations).
Conditions
- The kitchen must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original components and accessories must be included.
- Items showing signs of use, weather exposure or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund.
How to return
- Email sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange collection by pallet courier and confirm the details by reply.
- Keep the kitchen protected and ready for collection. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us; return carriage costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm your refund by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving with us.
Damaged or faulty items
If your kitchen arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away with photos. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
