Orders & Contract
By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the products described. Your order becomes a binding contract when we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if a product is out of stock or if we identify a pricing error. All product details, colours, and pricing are checked at the time of placing your order. Colours displayed on screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to monitor calibration.
48-Hour Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it by contacting us at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk or calling 07743 029046. After this window, cancellation charges may apply if your order has already been processed.
Distance Selling & Returns (14 Days)
Online orders are covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You have 14 days from the day after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Delivery
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, and other remote postcodes (BT*, HS*, IM*, IV*, KW*, ZE*, GY*, JE* and parts of PA/PH) incurs a £20 surcharge, applied automatically at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Warranty
All Mud Kitchen Expert products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers faults in timber, joints, fixtures, and finishes under normal outdoor use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Fair wear and tear from normal outdoor use
- Damage caused by weather if the recommended maintenance schedule is not followed
- Accidental damage, misuse, or modifications
- Cosmetic surface weathering of untreated timber
To maintain the finish, we recommend re-treating the timber with a suitable outdoor wood preservative every 12–24 months.
Complaints
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and resolve them within 30 days wherever possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, and product descriptions — is the property of Vasto Divani Limited or its suppliers. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Product Information & Safety
Our mud kitchens are sold as garden accessories and outdoor decorative items. As with all outdoor play, children should be supervised during use.
They are not sold or marketed as toys within the meaning of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011 and do not hold EN 71 toy certification.
