We want you to be completely happy with your Mud Kitchen Expert purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process.

14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to request a return or exchange. This applies to all orders placed online, by phone, or by email where you have not had the opportunity to inspect the item in person beforehand (Distance Selling Regulations).

To request a return, please contact us in writing at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused and unassembled
  • All original components, hardware, and instructions must be included
  • The item must be in its original or equivalent packaging, in a condition suitable for resale
  • Items showing signs of assembly, use, weather exposure, or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a full refund

How to Return

  1. Contact us at sales@mudkitchenexpert.co.uk to request a return authorisation
  2. We will provide return instructions and a collection or return address
  3. Pack the item securely — you are responsible for ensuring the item arrives back to us in the condition described above
  4. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your own protection

Return Costs

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the cost of return delivery is your responsibility. If the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly, we will cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct costs for any damage or missing parts.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your mud kitchen has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a repair, replacement part, or full replacement at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item in accordance with the policy above.
