Delivery Information
Free UK Delivery
We offer free delivery to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands may incur a surcharge — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
Delivery Timescales
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 working days of confirmation. Delivery is usually completed within 5–10 working days from order date. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
Kerbside Delivery
Our standard service delivers to the kerbside or front door. Our delivery partners are specialist pallet couriers — please ensure someone is home to receive the delivery. If you require delivery to a specific location, please get in touch.
Packaging & Assembly
All kitchens are carefully packaged to prevent transit damage. Minimal self-assembly is required — full illustrated instructions are included. Most assemblies take under 30 minutes.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here is our returns policy:
14-Day Returns
You may return any standard (non-custom) item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.

Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom or bespoke mud kitchens are non-refundable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your kitchen arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before unpacking and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
